Physical books are shipped from Latvia.

Shipping cost is calculated and shown during checkout — no hidden fees.

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days depending on region.

Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) — €8

Europe (EU countries) — €15

UK, Norway, Switzerland — €20

Orders outside these regions are not currently supported. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us.

Digital editions (EPUB & PDF) are delivered electronically.

If you do not receive your files within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will send them manually.

We handle refund requests case by case.

If your physical book arrives damaged or your order has an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For digital products, refunds are not offered once files have been delivered, but we will resolve any access problems.
